GIFT CERTIFICATES POLICY AND REDEMPTION

 **If you must cancel, change, or reschedule your appointment, please call us the day before your appointment or text whomever you are scheduled with.   We need at least 24 hours notice to reschedule other people who maybe trying to get a service at the spa. 
*We understand that life can present challenges and that sometimes you may have to shorten the length of your service.  
*However, we allow 1 cancellation with 24 hours, a year. After which a $25.00 fee will be applied. 

*Rescheduling with a gift certificate  more than once will entail a fee of $25.00 each time we need to rebook your service.  

Please be considerate of our time as professionals. We do not use a platform app and personally take the time to either text or call you to remind you of your appointment. 

Please remember to look at your expiration date on your Gift Certificate.*****
Cancellation Charges: 8-hour cancellation notice, otherwise there will be a charge or void for no-shows with gift certificates.  Please pay attention to the expiration on your gift certificates!
Rescheduling more than once with a gift certificate will be charged $15.00 due to the time it takes to reschedule.  
  
Credit Cards:  An extra fee will be added to all services.
